My Fly was cancel , and i call the Expedia and the hotel and they not change the day of my check in , if they have to charge me something more is fine, but the person of this motel say is the Policy, policy to take the money of the Customer, i recomend to people not to stay at this place , they have to know that things happend and we don’t have the control about the AirPort, poor place, poor service, let me outside this on my page, lets make this hotel viral on social media, because i we know social media help for good and for bad!

For events near the area, it is probably the best budget option, price wise. no frills, but a comfortable bed, felt new and clean, and the shower was quite nice. It is a pay by the hour hotel, but for my stay at least, it was hard to tell other than some noises when we first walked to our room. Next to transit, street parking wasn’t too bad, and there’s a great hispanic food truck right on the block.

Pros: Affordable, good surrounding community (friendly, good convenience stores, good produce stores), ease of access to subway for Manhattan, service is quick to respond to requests, clean rooms

This hotel is specifically a 5 star if you just want a place to sleep near the trains for cheap. We had two cats and a small dog with us and they didn't even blink.

The wheeler hotel was perfect for our stay. They allowed pets, had plenty of space in the updated rooms, the location was right by a train stop and the price was unbeatable. The elevator was a little shifty and they made you renew the key card each day, but we were overall very impressed. The neighborhood has a great vibe as a bonus!

DO NO BOOK HERE!!! They refused to give me a refund after they didn’t let me check in. When I spoke to a manager over the phone they were very rude and told me that he didn’t care. He then hung up on me. Zero stars so unprofessional.

The rooms are good and the entire staff are friendly and very helpful. There are a lot of shops and dining choices and the 6 train is a block away( Elder Ave ), while also having access to the BX4.

Pretty sure they double as a shelter. They said they dont but the shelter is next door and the characters I saw entering and leaving the hotel were questionable. No shade on anybody in the shelter, but dont lie. They needed both of our IDs and only 1 of us booked the room. I've had MANY hotel stays, that has never happened to me before. But what did I expect given the area and im bronx born and raised! 🤷🏾♀️
